Effective January 1, 2026, any VHDF Affiliate Club may host a Conformation and Structure Evaluation Event as a standalone test containing only CSE

• (2)-Judge Minimum

• The CSE Standalone Event will follow same process as all other evaluations

o Full details in the Test Coordinator Packet; This includes the VHDF Test Coordinator Instructions, Duties of the VHDF Lead Judge, Post Test Instructions for the Lead Judge, VHDF Apprentice Judge Evaluation, Judges Test Report, and Test Information Form

• National Registration Fee for CSE Event: $400

o The Affiliate Club may seek reimbursement for all other funds from the event utilizing the current process via the Affiliate Test Reimbursement Form

• The CSE Standalone event will incorporate pricing as established by the VHDF National Board
